The process of micronizing baryte powder begins with the extraction of raw barytes from natural mineral deposits. These barytes, known for their high density and inert nature, are mined through open-cast or underground techniques. After mining, the material is transported from the site to the processing facility using heavy-duty trucks. Once the raw baryte ore reaches the plant, it goes through a sorting stage where larger impurities, stones, and unwanted materials are removed manually or mechanically. The sorted barytes are then fed into the miller, where initial cleaning and crushing take place, reducing the material into smaller and more manageable pieces. This partially processed material then enters a vibrator machine, which sieves and separates particles to ensure a consistent feed size, removing oversized or undersized fragments.
